Barre is a high intensity workout that targets upper body, legs, seat, abs and overall core strength. Each finite muscle group is worked to fatigue followed by a stretch in order to tone and sculpt. Barre is designed to give you the longer, leaner, stronger body of a dancer. Belliston Barre is taught by Carol, a certified group fitness, yoga, barre, TRX, Kinesis, Stott Pilates mat instructor, and personal trainer. She has been teaching barre for more than 6 years and has designed and implemented barre fitness programs at several gyms and studios.
